Michael Miro

Executive Director

Michael is an Evanston native and graduate of Evanston Township High School. He received his B.A. in Theater Arts from Marquette University and his M.A. in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago. After spending two years acting in Los Angeles, Michael returned home to resume his artistic partnership with Andrew Biliter, which began 13 years ago at Ridgeville Park District's Arts Camp. Michael's directing credits at Mudlark include The Comedy of Errors, This Is Just to Say, Robin Hood, Antigone, The Trial, Twelfth Night, Frankenstein, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Love's Labour's Lost, Much Ado About Nothing, The Cherry Orchard, A Christmas Carol, and three Mudpies (2011, 2012, and 2014).
